Atelier Micro Grants provides $500–$1,000 in flexible funding to artists, curators, cultural institutions, and nonprofit organizations pursuing timely, innovative, and forward-thinking projects. Grants may support exhibitions, publications, research, public programs, special initiatives, collaborations, and other creative experiments where modest funding can help move an idea from concept to realization.
The program supports projects that demonstrate originality, creative ambition, intellectual curiosity, and cultural significance. We welcome ideas that explore new perspectives, take creative risks, foster meaningful dialogue, or contribute to the evolving cultural landscape.
By providing flexible, small-scale support, Atelier Micro Grants aims to offer resources at critical moments, helping creative individuals and organizations develop new work, pursue ambitious ideas, and bring promising projects to life.
HOW TO BE CONSIDERED
Atelier Micro Grants are awarded on a limited and discretionary basis. There is currently no formal application cycle or open application process.
Recipients are selected by the Foundation’s directors based on the artistic, cultural, and educational merit of the proposed project, its potential public benefit, and its alignment with the Foundation’s charitable mission.
Recipients may be identified through the Foundation’s ongoing engagement with artists, curators, and cultural organizations, through direct inquiry or by invitation to submit a proposal.
Artists, curators, cultural institutions, and charitable or nonprofit organizations whose projects align with the Foundation’s mission may submit a brief inquiry to info@theedenartsfoundation.org. Please include a description of the project, its significance and alignment with our mission, and how micro grant funding would help bring it to life.
Because the number of grants awarded each year is limited, submitting an inquiry does not guarantee review or funding.
